Your responsibilities

• lead the development and maintenance of our Android app,
• collaborate closely with Product Owners and UX/UI designers,
• help make key technical decisions for the mobile roadmap,
• work in 2-week Agile sprints and help plan team priorities,
• mentor other developers and do code reviews,
• make sure our app is fast, secure, and well-structured,
• participate in setting both team and personal goals,
• look for ways to improve processes, tools, and collaboration.

Our requirements

• You’re a great fit if you:
• • have at least 4 years of experience in Android app development (Kotlin/Java),
• • are confident with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, XML, and modern app architectures,
• • have experience working with WebViews and combining native with web components,
• • stay up to date with mobile trends and enjoy experimenting with new tools,
• • think beyond code — you care about business goals and the value delivered to users,
• • can spot risks early and propose practical solutions,
• • read technical documentation in English with ease,
• • enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting your teammates,
• • have led projects or are ready to take on a technical leadership role.
