Your responsibilities

• Technical support for MAN TGE drive systems
• Operating Service Support Desk
• Support for MAN Workshops worldwide on-site
• Documentation of recurring failures allowing for the appropriate solution to be obtained

Our requirements

• Higher technical education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Work experience in a workshop within the Volkswagen Group is an additional advantage
• Detailed knowledge of the entire vehicle - concerning the electrical system, engine, gearbox, and axles
• A minimum B2-level German or English proficiency
• Knowledge of the functions of the Volkswagen Group's Retail Portal is an additional advantage
• Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills
• Focus on high-quality work and willingness to continuously expand knowledge and improve skills
• Readiness to travel occasionally for business
