Your responsibilities

• Provide customer support for a e-commerce company.
• Process and manage incoming and outgoing calls, offering solutions and advice
• Handle billing and contract-related queries with professionalism.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain equipment functionality.

Our requirements

• Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
• Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Szczecin
