Your responsibilities

  • Cooperation with dealers in order to achieve the assumed sales plans
  • Participation in the preparation of sales plans for the car sales department
  • Preparation and implementation of sales plans for individual dealers in the subordinate zone
  • Prepare marketing plans in your region in close collaboration with dealers
  • Verification of sales results, implementation of sales increase activities
  • Verification of KPIs, implementation of actions to improve processes
  • Verification of H-CSI indicators, implementation of actions to improve processes
  • Verification of the financial results of individual dealers in the subordinate zone
  • Coordination of activities related to customer service (CRM system)

Our requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Accuracy, precision and reliability in action
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and network planning
  • Experience in close relations with dealers and understanding of dealer individual business
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good skills in analysing financial reports
  • Analytical approach with an ability to look for unobvious solutions
