Your responsibilities

• You will join the dynamic Customer Care team and ensure a good and structural cooperation with the customers and the various internal departments
• You will be responsible for a good commercial follow-up of the customer. "Are agreements being respected? Are the desired results being achieved? Are there new opportunities with the customer?"
• You will monitor service performance and act with your team or with other departments when performance is not met
• You will register and follow up complaints accurately and inform the customer about the status of these complaints
• You will report to the Team leader Intermodal

Our requirements

• You preferably have a bachelor's degree. Experience in a similar position is a plus
• You have a very good knowledge of English language orally and in writing. Knowledge of German, French, Turkish and/or Italian is a plus
• You have excellent communication skills. Customer-friendliness is important to you, and you can be assertive at the right moments
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office
• You have a genuine interest in new working methods, you are curious and like to put the dot on the "i"
