Your responsibilities

• managing and monitoring incoming payments for group insurance policies
• allocating funds to individual contracts and insured persons according to the contract terms
• preparing individual statements as well as individual correspondence and answering telephone inquiries from internal and external partners
• assisting in the preparation of reports and analyses related to group billing
• reviewing and recording partner settlements
• monitoring of timely settlement transactions
• adjusting billing/booking differences​

Our requirements

• fluency in both German and English (B2/C1)
• university degree
• knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• at least a year of professional experience in accounting/insurance/payments
• independence of action and a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
• ability to record, evaluate and reorganize professional and technical processes
• drive to develop in the area of finance, specifically collections​

Optional

• knowledge of forms of insurance and the legal basis of the insurance contract​
