Your responsibilities

  • Supporting hotel industry professionals by answering their questions and assisting with everyday challenges
  • Communicating daily with international clients—primarily in English—via phone, email, and chat
  • Helping customers solve issues related to our system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
  • Making sure each customer feels heard and supported with a positive experience
  • Cooperating with internal teams to find the best solutions for customers
  • Passing complex cases to the technical team when needed—your job is to understand the issue and guide the customer, not to code!

Our requirements

  • You speak fluent German or Japanese
  • You have experience in the hotel industry (front desk, reservations, or operations)
  • You’re a strong communicator and problem solver
  • You enjoy working in a team and bringing positive energy
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
  • You’re eager to learn (we’ll teach you the technical side!)

Optional

  • Knowledge of English, Spanish, or French
  • Experience in troubleshooting or technical support
  • Previous work in hotel reservations or operations
