Your responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing to offer
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms using advanced search techniques
  • Identify and attract candidates with foreign language skills (Danish, Finnish, German)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Represent Arla at career events, webinars, and through digital channels

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities - you build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and confidently influence decisions at all levels
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping recruitment projects on track
  • A passion for promoting an employer brand and representing the organisation in the talent market
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing full recruitment cycles
  • Proven skills in sourcing, including success in hiring multilingual talent (Danish, Finnish, German)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern talent search tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
