About the project

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our international client headquartered in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for modelling and documenting value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Your daily responsibilities will include eliciting and analysing business needs, requirements, and user stories; supporting business experts and product owners during requirement definition and software development; and maintaining requirements/user stories throughout the system lifecycle.
• You will translate business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications, map business goals and project benefits, and analyse existing systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• You will contribute to the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies, support systems design and testing, and ensure quality assurance and effective change management.
• You will take a holistic approach to managing continuous improvement programmes, coach staff on upcoming changes, and collaborate with process owners to identify and implement process improvements.
• You will conduct quantitative analyses of business processes, oversee organizational change planning, implement performance monitoring systems, and assist business users with strategic and tactical planning, including the development of transition roadmaps for business architectures.

Our requirements

• Participation in at least one complete software solution lifecycle.
• Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN notation.
• Expertise in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Familiarity with analysis/modelling notations such as UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model, etc.).
• Proficient in using modelling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or similar).
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in projects focused on value stream mapping, business process improvement, or redesign.
• Experience in projects involving analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of ICT solutions for content production or hierarchical reporting.
• Expertise in organizing and managing workshops, including structured/unstructured interviews and questionnaire design.
• Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research.
• Possession of at least two relevant certifications, such as:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional (foundation level) or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
• Other internationally recognized equivalent certifications
• Certified C1 English level.
• Place of residence near Warsaw.
