Your responsibilities

  • Increase marginal income from regular key customers according to the sales strategy.
  • Organize business development manager meetings with customers.
  • Carry out lead generation in the segments.
  • Close all types of negotiations for regular customers.
  • Carry out lead generation in the Europe segment.
  • Conduct business correspondence with regular, new, and potential customers
  • Accompany the fulfillment of all contractual obligations with customers.
  • Prepare presentations, promotional products, etc., necessary for negotiations with the customer, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Maintain document flow in SRM-sistem: control of the production process of orders (reports, applications, shipments), draw up invoices, customer orders, negotiation of contracts. tracking the order until the customer receives the product. Organize shipment and incoming control at the Customer, implementation, and launch of equipment on order, and feedback on implementation.
  • Maintain a database of customers, and keep up to date.
  • The company pays a lot of attention to training inexperienced specialists. The initial training plan assumes an experienced mentor, who helps to quickly grasp the essence of the task and find a solution to the most complicated tasks in a short time.

Our requirements

  • Strong negotiation and business relationship development skills with customers.
  • Able to solve problems and communicate persuasively.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to prioritize the work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and action wherever appropriate.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in electrical engineering/power electronics or related is required.
  • Completed higher education in the field of international relations and economics, management, marketing, or technical education.
  • Language proficiency: Polish (B1+), English (C1+), French / Spanish (А2+)
