Your responsibilities

  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value within allocated budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Ensure the project goals are achieved and establish a reasonable “Hypercare” period in order to monitor the stability of the result delivered
  • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring no cost overruns
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on their expectations
  • Provide reports on project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Use, promote and share best Project Management Best Practices
  • Track project performance in regards with determined KPI
  • Provide reports on project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings.

Our requirements

  • Experience in managing IT projects is a must have
  • Proficient in English for clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ability to lead and motivate others; empathize and understand different personality types.
  • Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment.
  • Familiarity with methodologies like PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile approaches.
  • Sensitivity to working in a political environment and interacting with senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of project-planning tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
  • Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, vital for a highly visible position with substantial impact.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in environments where direct control of resources may be limited.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Ability to develop and execute a project resource plan ensuring the right people are in the right place, doing the right things, at the right time.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage critical and urgent situations.
  • Ability to deal with conflicts within the Project Team or “friction” with external stakeholders.
