Your responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders across Europe to understand resource needs and role requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role scoping and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Deliver a proactive and consultative recruitment service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and leverage multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
  • Keep up with market trends and employer branding best practices; apply insights to strengthen recruitment impact.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview records.
  • Actively contribute to Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Our requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles (entry to executive level).
  • Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, direct search, and networking strategies.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interview techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Proven ability to create positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Experience working with ATS systems and other sourcing platforms.
  • Fluent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, international setting.
