Duties and Responsibilities

·       Provide superior customer service and multichannel support in English (phone and email).

·       Assist customers with issues related to parcel lockers (remote opening, PIN codes, parcel redirection).

·       Resolve problems at partner pickup points and clarify parcel statuses (e.g., “in transit,” “delivered”).

·       Meet performance metrics in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time

·       Perform remote troubleshooting for parcel lockers and help resolve technical issues.

·       Provide accurate information about parcel statuses and movements.

Requirements:

·       Readiness to work Monday-Friday between 06.00-23.00 and chosen weekends 8.00-23.00

·       Availability for full time or part time

·       Paid training with attendance expected (09.00-17.00)

·       Strong in spoken and written English (at least C1)

·       High-speed internet – fixed broadband

·       Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments

·       Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues

·       Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation

·       Part-time students are welcome
