Requirements description

• Proven experience in backend development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js

• Hands-on experience with distributed cloud systems, preferably AWS

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ideally Terraform

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions

• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation

• Experience working with OpenAPI specifications

• Solid experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Familiarity with test automation and software testing methodologies

• Comfortable working in Windows/Linux environments with open-source tools

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities

1. Develop code based on functional specifications and thorough understanding of product code; identify refactoring opportunities and architectural improvements
2. Test code to verify it meets the technical specifications and is working as intended before submitting to code review
3. Create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes including (but not limited to) unit tests
4. Contribute to standards and processes as applicable to software development methodology including planning work estimation solution demos and reviews
5. Complete logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards
6. Perform moderately complex peer code reviews
