Requirements description

• Experience (5–10 years) in one or more of the following:

• Frontend / Full Stack development with Java or React + TypeScript

• DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure as Code

• Large distributed systems and AI workflows

• Strong programming skills in at least one of: Java or React + TypeScript

• Solid software engineering fundamentals

• Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines

Monitoring solutions

Git and modern version control practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving consensus, and influencing outcomes

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BSc / MSc / PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

• Experience with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure as Code (helpful but not required)
