We are currently looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support, managing user access, handling tickets, and responding to day-to-day inquiries related to data platforms.

This is a support-focused role that also requires working knowledge of modern data tools, particularly Snowflake and Tableau.

Your responsibilities

1. Manage and resolve incoming support tickets
2. Grant and revoke user access to data tools and platforms
3. Respond to queries from business and technical stakeholders
4. Troubleshoot basic issues in Tableau dashboards and Snowflake queries
5. Collaborate with Data Engineering/BI teams when needed
