Requirements description

Our basic requirements for this job:

• Proven experience as Senior QA Engineer in a SaaS/product setting;
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (preferably Cypress, Postman, JMeter);
• Solid understanding of software testing types and levels: unit, integration, E2E, performance, exploratory;
• Experience in actively participating in QA transformation initiatives – including quality ownership across developers, team enablement, and implementation of organization-wide QA standards;
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams;
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (at least B2), and fluent Polish (at least C1);
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

It’s great if you also have:

• Interest in AI-supported testing and a drive to explore new QA tooling and approaches;
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and test automation workflows in GitHub-based environments.

Your responsibilities

1. Supporting definition and execution of QA strategy across the entire organization, with real impact on product quality and development process;
2. Fostering a strong quality culture and coaching others in best testing practices;
3. Designing and developing testing frameworks and ensuring their integration with CI/CD;
4. Collaborating closely with Product and DevOps teams to build testable, observable, and high-quality solutions;
5. Leveraging AI-based tools to enhance test creation, predict risks, and monitor regressions;
6. Owning quality metrics that drive informed decision-making across teams.
