Skills & Experience Required

• Proven operational management experience, ensuring consistent service delivery
• Strong knowledge of Data Security and Data Integration tooling and strategies
• Hands-on experience with Symantec/Broadcom Data Discovery and/or Veritas Data Insight (or comparable products)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. CIS, NIST, EU data security & privacy regulations)
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT (experience in the financial sector is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver effective solutions in complex environments

Your responsibilities

1. Conduct Structured/Unstructured Data Discovery activities across enterprise environments
2. Participate in projects involving the deployment and configuration of Data Discovery tools, including execution of data scans
3. Perform BAU activities to ensure server and tool maintenance, reliability, and performance
4. Support Service Owners with system health checks, monitoring, reporting, and process compliance
