Requirements description

• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience,
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST APIs, microservices,
• Solid SQL skills and experience with Git,
• Familiarity with message queuing systems ( Kafka, Pub/Sub),
• Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure),
• Good English speaking and writing skills - minimum B1/B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BPMN and workflow engines (e.g., Camunda),
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes),
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices,
• Experience with distributed tracing, monitoring, and observability tools,
• Background in performance tuning and production incident handling,
• Involvement in mentoring, code reviews, and technical leadership.
