Offer description

Your future company

We are looking for an experienced and operationally minded HR Business Partner to work closely with the General Manager and the regional leadership team across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a unique, standalone role that plays a key part in a broader organizational transformation and requires both strategic and hands-on execution—especially in locations where HR structures are still being built.

The role reports dually to the GM CEE and the EMEA HR Director, operating in a matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), Compensation, and Talent teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the regional leadership team (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Bosnia, Kazakhstan)

  • Drive the integration and standardization of HR practices across diverse markets, legal systems, and cultures

  • Build cohesive teams and implement aligned HR processes (performance, compensation, recruitment, succession, talent)

  • Coach and support leaders in strengthening engagement, feedback culture, and leadership effectiveness

  • Manage HR data and analytics, including FTE, attrition, time to hire, absence, and engagement KPIs

  • Localize and implement EMEA-level initiatives (EVP, DEI, well-being, talent development)

  • Collaborate with local HR teams (varying maturity levels) and act as both strategic and operational HR where needed

  • Participate in regional and EMEA-wide transformation and HR projects

The offer

  • Annual bonus (target: 20% of base salary)

  • Company car

  • Private medical care

  • Subsidy for sports and wellness activities

  • Additional life insurance

  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model (with in-person presence in Warsaw or Prague at least every two months)

  • Access to professional development and training opportunities

  • The opportunity to build and shape the regional HR function across 8 countries
