Requirements description

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role

  • Extensive commercial experience with Salesforce CRM solutions

  • Deep expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, CPQ, Field Service)

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi)

  • Experience in data modelingETL tools, and bulk data management

  • Solid understanding of CRM processes and ability to design solution blueprints

  • Fluent English (min. B2+/C1)

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Salesforce Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telcom industry.

Your responsibilities

  1. Participate in early sales stages to identify how Salesforce can address customer challenges.
  2. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, contributing to their digital transformation.
  3. Define project deployment strategies and estimate effort.
  4. Assess key business drivers, challenges, and propose optimized service strategies.
  5. Co-create architecture with customers, produce architecture standards and complex design documents.
  6. Support sales by positioning new complex solutions and promoting consulting (up)selling.
