Requirements description

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and manual testing
• Proficient in C# / .NET, with experience in Power Apps / Power Platform
• Understanding of full-stack testing (GUI, API/web services, DB)
• Familiarity with automation best practices: TDD, BDD, POM
• GIT version control knowledge
• ISTQB Foundation-level knowledge (certified or willing to certify within 3 months)
• Strong written and spoken English (daily use)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Robot Framework, Python, or Java
• Background in financial services or enterprise-level platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test architecture concepts

About the project:

We are looking for a Full Stack Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term digital transformation initiative in a global organization. You’ll be working with modern tech stacks and scalable testing strategies across the full testing pyramid — from UI and API, to backend databases.

The role combines hands-on automation work in .NET, C#, and Power Platform with strong manual testing, including test case design, defect reporting, and close communication with stakeholders. You'll join an experienced QA team focused on quality at every stage of the delivery pipeline.

Your responsibilities

1. Building and maintaining test automation frameworks (frontend, API, backend)
2. Designing and executing test scenarios, test cases and test data
3. Performing manual testing and supporting business testing activities
4. Executing automated test suites across multiple environments and stages
5. Logging, reporting, and analyzing defects with relevant stakeholders
6. Applying BDD, TDD and Page Object Model practices
