What You Bring

✅ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation or architecture

✅ ServiceNow CAD or CIS certifications

✅ Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or Architect in ServiceNow projects

✅ Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, and integration best practices

✅ Deep technical knowledge across ServiceNow modules and custom development

✅ Ability to design pragmatic solutions balancing technical vision and real-world business needs

✅ Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL processes

✅ Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations — from analyzing business needs and designing the architecture, through to delivery and continuous optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for changes impacting the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM model, and how these integrate with ITSM and ITOM processes.

You’ll provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and hands-on support in architecting scalable and effective solutions, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that business objectives are met with the right ServiceNow setup.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions
2. Analyze the impact of CMDB and CSDM model changes on ITSM/ITOM processes
3. Guide process development, enhancements, and integration efforts
4. Provide technical leadership and architectural mentorship to the delivery team
5. Manage project activities and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
6. Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
