Requirements description

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java (preferably Java 17+)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Interest in AI technologies and intelligent systems
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is a plus
• Advanced English skills
• Openness to working from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

We are looking for Senior Java Developers to join a team creating a platform built from scratch on a microservices architecture, designed to be ready for scalability, automation, and real-world AI integration. The platform is developed using the Agent Development Kit toolset to create intelligent agents automating complex business processes.

Fully native to Google Cloud Platform, it enables autonomous workflows with adaptive learning and real-time decision making. The goal is to build the foundation for a long-term system that adapts to real business needs in a fast-changing environment.

Your responsibilities

1. Developing microservices in Java 21/23 and Spring Boot
2. Implementing AI agents using Agent Development Kit
3. Configuring and monitoring applications on GCP
4. Applying TDD practices with comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, E2E)
5. Automating CI/CD through GitHub Actions
6. Exploring innovative methods for testing agent-tool interactions
