Compensation and rewards:

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts, and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office). The minimum salary for this position, which is PLN 130 000.00 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using Java and other technologies
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the codebase
4. Drive and maintain high quality code for our suite of applications
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
