• Minimum of 7 years of experience building and deploying complex, production-grade software systems
• Proficient in backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot)
• Skilled in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong background in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven expertise with AWS and scalable cloud-based architectures
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

1. Take ownership of designing and developing reliable, scalable software solutions that incorporate machine learning models
2. Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to transform experimental prototypes into fully operational, production-grade systems
3. Contribute to key architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and the selection and implementation of development tools
4. Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native environments and solutions on AWS
5. Apply industry best practices for automated testing, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and system observability
6. Develop and sustain backend infrastructures and user-facing applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability
