• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Optional Skills

• Understanding of e-commerce and affiliate program models
• Additional language
• Experience in Customer Success/Support in IT or SaaS environments is preferred but not required.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach

Your compensation

Apart from your base salary, you will receive cash bonus.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification: Engage in initial conversations with leads to understand their needs, fit, and budget. Assess whether a lead meets the criteria to become a sales opportunity, using our custom internal framework based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
2. Prospecting & Outreach: Research and prospect for new leads and former clients using multiple channels, including Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and email.
3. Initiate Contact: Call or email to qualify potential clients, set up meetings, or forward qualified leads to account executives.
4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales and support activities in the CRM.
5. Customer Support: Provide first-line support for existing clients via email and live chat; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
6. Feedback & Communication: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to support ongoing improvements.
