Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in meetings & events management, project management, or program management.
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • In-depth understanding of regional dynamics in EMEA or LATAM.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional regional language(s) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cvent meeting management software.
  • Familiarity with shared service support models.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to serve as the regional ambassador for our global Meetings & Events (M&E) program. In this role, you will drive program adoption, regional alignment, and expansion of services by working closely with stakeholders across the business.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in meeting management, stakeholder engagement, and business process optimization. You will collaborate across teams and geographies to identify opportunities that enhance the overall impact of the M&E program.

Your responsibilities

  1. Program Advocacy & Promotion
  2. Represent and promote the global M&E program in the region by clearly articulating its value, benefits, and strategic priorities.
  3. Stakeholder Relationship Management
  4. Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, procurement, and finance.
  5. Stakeholder Mapping
  6. Identify and analyze key stakeholders, assess influence and needs, and design engagement strategies to increase awareness and adoption of the M&E program.
