The Platform Cloud Administrator (Architect) will oversee the daily management of cloud administration for Electronic Data Capture (EDC),

Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) solutions.

This role is crucial for ensuring effective user administration and managing change requests to the application during and after deployment.

Your responsibilities

1. Manage daily system administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance of EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems. Oversee user administration, including the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions. Facilitate the user account process setup to streamline onboarding and access for new users.
2. Implement and maintain an Admin Manual to guide processes and procedures for cloud administration.
3. Manage master data across clinical applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Set up and maintain global libraries to support data consistency and accessibility across studies.
