Requirements description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join the US-based team remotely! You will be creating new features and enhancing functionality on a mission-critical fixed-income trading platform, assisting with rollout and post-production support, and developing high-quality software!

❗️Working hours: due to the cooperation needs with US developers, the working hours start around 14:00 (CET time zone) in Poland!

Must-Haves:

• Good communication skills in English

• 5-10 years of working experience as a full-stack developer with a strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, Angular, or React

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Experience with distributed database systems like Redis, Cassandra, or any other NoSQL database

• Must be a creative problem solver and good analytical thinker, with the ability to interpret business requirements

• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and concurrency

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Experience with multi-threaded programming

• Experience with Kafka (preferred), Tibco Rendezvous, Tervela, or similar high-speed messaging system

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming, proficiency in SQL

• Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere

• UNIX / Linux operating systems

• Experience or basic knowledge of financial transaction systems, fixed income, or financial markets is a plus.
