YOUR PROFILE

• bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field;
• proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing, and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment;
• 2+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management;
• ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations);
• proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is beneficial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress;
• familiarity with artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams;
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• highly collaborative, with strong experience working with global and local stakeholders;
• functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development;
• excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Capgemini Connected Marketing Services team as a Senior Artwork Project Coordinator.  This position will work closely with a key client’s global innovation and design teams and support the client team with the delivery of packaging artwork projects.

The Senior Packaging/Artwork Project Coordinator will manage multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.

Your responsibilities

1. assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package;
2. facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers);
3. prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork;
4. maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan;
5. assist senior team members by facilitating meetings, coordinating between cross-functional teams and documentation support;
6. monitor progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays for on-time pack design delivery and implement solutions to mitigate them;
