Requirements description

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, ideally within the telecom or software industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of telecom software solutions, including network management, OSS/BSS, and CRM systems. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analysis, with a proven track record of developing creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Teamwork: Skilled in working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product management, and engineering to deliver shared goals.
  • Customer Orientation: A strong customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and driving client success.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting technologies and business priorities.

Your responsibilities

  1. Technical Consulting: Deliver expert advice to clients on telecom software solutions, tailored to meet their specific needs and challenges.
  2. Solution Presentations: Lead impactful product demonstrations that clearly highlight the features, advantages, and value of our solutions.
  3. Proposal Creation: Partner with the sales team to develop customized proposals that align with both client goals and technical requirements.
  4. Technical Liaison: Act as the key link between clients and internal technical teams, providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to address questions and resolve issues.
  5. Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support strategic sales positioning.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration.
