Requirements description

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Proven knowledge of designing Grafana dashboards and integrating them with backend data sources
• Strong proficiency in Python for ETL and data pipeline development
• Deep understanding of data aggregation, transformation, and validation techniques
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL: schema modelling, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Previous Integrating data workflows into CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

This initiative will drive better decision-making, continuous improvement, and unified visibility into software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Your responsibilities

1. Implement Grafana dashboards for large-scale, multi-user environments
2. Oversee ETL/data pipelines using Python
3. Integrate data solutions with CI/CD pipelines and embedded SDLC workflows
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to align visualizations with business needs
5. Evaluate and redesign existing dashboards for improved usability and performance
6. Ensure data integrity through robust aggregation, transformation, and validation patterns
