Requirements description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development (Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules).
  • Proficient in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET/C# plugins and JavaScript customizations.
  • Working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
  • Understanding of data modeling and migration techniques.
  • Familiar with ALM practices in Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, international teams

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with DevOps and continuous deployment.
  • Exposure to CRM analytics and customer journey orchestration.

Together, we are building the future of enterprise applications and are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our growing team at Spyrosoft.

As a CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing scalable CRM solutions that support complex business processes. You’ll work in collaboration with solution architects, functional consultants, and international cross-functional teams to help drive digital transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within enterprise-scale projects while working in a multicultural and international environment.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  2. Design and implement business logic using plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom workflows.
  3. Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
  4. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft services.
  5. Participate in data migration, validation, and system testing.
  6. Work closely with solution architects to align with design, security, and performance standards.
