• Hands-on experience and confident use of mathematical modeling software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).

• Positive attitude toward people.Willingness to build and lead working teams.
• Technical English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above. Polish (B1-B2).
• Looking for specialists on site or ready to relocate.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop a competitive product concept.
2. Define technical requirements for the control system and software.
3. Design the control system architecture.
4. Develop algorithms necessary to implement the product architecture.
5. Test and validate technical solutions using prototypes.
6. Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.
