Your responsibilities

1. Assist clients with technical questions (no coding required);
2. Help clients create reports;
3. Create and test applications for integrations (e.g., Zoom, Slack);
4. Test new features with clients and provide feedback;
5. Integrate the product into larger workflows (e.g., CRMs, calendars);
6. Troubleshoot issues, including querying databases for call-related problems;
