Our client helps different companies to do more with trusted data. Their Data Intelligence Cloud brings flexible governance, continuous quality and built-in privacy to the world’s leading brands. YOUR TASKS

Responsibilities:

• As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in managing all communication with client’s customers to resolve support tickets
• Manage day-to-day operations for all communications and actions in ZenDesk
• Contributing frequently answered questions to the client's knowledge base
• Collaborating in the on-call rotations when needed for resolution of severe issues

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position
• Expertise in troubleshooting for any web-based applications
• Proficiency in reading system logs as part of the ticket resolution process
• Familiarity with Linux systems
• Have a base understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, databases
• You have excellent communication skills in English, Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Enthusiastic about working and learning new technologies and tools

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of SQL-databases
• Basic knowledge of some programming language like in Java, Python, or any other programming languages.
