We're looking for a seasoned AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer to join an innovative team within the financial services sector. 📍 Location: Kraków, Poland (hybrid 2-4 days onsite per month)

💰 Rate: 1300–1400 PLN/day B2B

🕒 Experience Level: 6+ years

✅ What You'll Do

• Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for content search and document extraction using Generative AI.

• Build pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data (PDFs, scans, free text).

• Apply computer vision techniques including object detection and image classification.

• Integrate and customize OCR tools like Tesseract or EasyOCR.

• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents for task automation.

• Use open-source ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build models.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams for scalable deployments (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD).

• Optionally, contribute to frontend AI applications using web technologies.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

🛠️ Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in Generative AI, especially for content search and extraction.

• Strong experience in Computer Vision, including image processing and object detection.

• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.

• Hands-on knowledge of AI agents and autonomous systems.

• Proficiency with OCR tools and techniques.

• Solid grounding in conventional machine learning and open-source libraries.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker.
