🚀 Job Opportunity: .NET Support Lead

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Type: B2B Contract

🌐 Languages Required: French (B2 level)

🔍 About the Role:

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering seamless application support services and driving operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced .NET Support Lead who can spearhead support operations, lead technical teams, interact with global stakeholders, and ensure top-notch service delivery across enterprise-level applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Preventive & Corrective Action processes for business-critical .NET applications.

Guide and allocate work to the Operate team while ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality output.

Act as the primary technical and operational liaison between local IT, business users, and vendors.

Manage vendor coordination, application upgrades, and oversee SLA/KPI reporting.

Lead weekly/monthly service reviews, manage risks, and handle escalations efficiently.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and automation.

Ensure clear and timely communication with users, country IT, and global leads.

Play a key role in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.

Collaborate with third-party suppliers for triage, upgrades, and issue resolution.

💡 Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Proficient in French & German – essential for communicating with European stakeholders.

Strong background in .NET Full Stack technologies:

C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, LINQ, Entity Framework.

Proven experience in ITIL-based operations, including process implementation.

Excellent team management, stakeholder communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Sound knowledge in risk management, escalation handling, and customer expectation management.

Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
