Full Stack Developer

Now, we’re channeling that experience into our next venture: Quantifier — the AI compliance layer for modern organizations. We're rethinking compliance from the ground up, using AI to automate, enforce, and scale regulatory processes across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CSRD, and more.

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to build, ship, and scale our products. Fast.

You’ll work side by side with the founders, engineers, and product minds who live and breathe getting things done.

This will be a job where you will be challenged and pushed while also well rewarded financially, through stock option plan as well as this can be a foundational experience for the candidate to build a future company.

You will be given the opportunity to build and ship rapidly with significant ownership. A very unique opportunity for a person who is at the earlier stages of the career and is looking to get experience of building a startup company rapidly from experienced founders who already built a company from 0 to millions of ARR.

This is not a place for someone who is looking for a slower, more established, corporate job with well defined product specs, roadmap established for the next 3 years and slow process of shipping once a month a new update.

What You’ll Do

• Build from the ground up – Play a foundational role in developing and launching a new product that’s redefining how companies approach compliance.

• Own the full product lifecycle – From architecture and development to deployment and feedback loops, you'll be responsible for shipping high-impact features end-to-end.

• Prototype and iterate fast – Work closely with the founding team to rapidly prototype, test with customers, and improve based on real-world feedback. You'll be in the loop with users — not just writing code in a vacuum.

• Contribute to real decisions – Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, and retros that actually influence direction — your voice will shape what we build and how we build it.

• Drive engineering excellence – Help define and evolve our technical stack, engineering culture, and best practices as we grow.

• Work across the stack – From backend logic to frontend interfaces, you’ll touch every layer of the product and learn fast.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in startup/scale-up environments

• Willingness to learn at fast pace new technologies and use any tool such as cursor that will allow you to ship fast

• Experience in Python, Django, React, Git

• Nice to have: Langchain, GitHub Actions, AWS deployment

• You’re proactive, work as a team player, and are super driven about getting it shipped

• Communicate well in English
