Job description

We are seeking a AI Solutions Engineer (RAG) to develop and fine-tune advanced AI solutions focused on summarization, classification, and conversational AI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about large language models and their practical applications in business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize GPT-based copilots and virtual assistants.

• Fine-tune prompts and validate model outputs for accuracy and relevance.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists and solution architects.

• Support deployment processes and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar LLM APIs.

• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), summarization techniques, and semantic search.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
