🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and platform engineering team. You’ll work on high-availability systems, containerized deployments, and automation at scale. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Infrastructure & Platform Management

• Design, implement, and manage private cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Orchestrate containers with Kubernetes and manage deployments across environments

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP tools)

• Automate deployment pipelines for development, QA, and production environments

📈 Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Deploy monitoring and alerting solutions

• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and critical incidents

• Maintain system health and implement maintenance & recovery procedures

⚙️ Automation & Optimization

• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency

• Provision and configure infrastructure automatically with Terraform/Pulumi

• Build solutions to improve system resilience and customer experience

🤝 Collaboration & Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support

• Work with developers to understand app requirements and enhance supportability

• Document solutions, assist with onboarding, and participate in project planning

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering role

• Advanced Linux system administration & Bash scripting

• Hands-on with Docker & Kubernetes orchestration

• Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build)

• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and high availability

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulumi, etc.

• Exposure to private cloud or hybrid cloud environments

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Go

• Cloud experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Familiarity with big data systems or database admin (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Experience with Ansible, Puppet, Chef

• Understanding of ITIL or Agile development methodologies

• Background in microservices and distributed system troubleshooting
