100% remote work (candidates must be based in Poland)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions team. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects involving container platforms, cloud environments, and networking. The role includes collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. Fluency in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level) is required to effectively communicate in an international and multilingual environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and cloud projects

• Knowledge of containerized solutions (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Skills in networking: LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN, firewall

• Basic knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)

• Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• System administration experience on Windows Server and Linux

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent

• Fluent English and Italian (minimum B2 level)

• Manage technical projects in cloud and infrastructure domains, coordinating cross-functional teams

• Plan, monitor, and control project activities

• Interface with technical and business stakeholders

• Support the definition of technical architectures and infrastructure solutions

• Draft technical documentation and project reports

• Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices
