HRIS Functional Analyst (Workday)

📍 Warsaw (remote) | 🌍 International Environment

We’re partnering with a global organization known for its strong mission and people-centered values to find an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst (Workday). This is a unique opportunity to join a growing HR tech team and help elevate their Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting)

• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields

• Optimize and streamline business processes within Workday

• Manage user roles, security settings, and access controls

• Support Workday updates, feature rollouts, and enhancements

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal users, offering guidance and support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline

• 3–5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday

• Solid knowledge of Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

• Experience training HR users and simplifying technical topics

• Fluent in English, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
