We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer  Java (Lead)

Your duties will include:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable architectures for enterprise applications

• Lead architectural discussions and technical reviews within the team

• Actively contribute as a senior, hands-on developer in projects

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

• Support pre-sales and solution design during sales processes

• Mentor and guide other developers to support their technical growth

• Foster a culture of trust, knowledge sharing, and collaboration

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in backend development and system deployment

• At least 2 years in architectural or solution design roles

• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot

• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tools

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English and Polish
