🚀 About the Internship Join MindPal for a 3-month backend internship focused on real-world impact, hands-on coding, and cutting-edge AI products. You’ll contribute directly to our recruitment platform used by tech companies across Europe and the US.

🟣 What You’ll Do

• Maintain and develop backend services using Python and Django REST Framework

• Write unit tests to ensure system stability and scalability

• Build and enhance SQL-based dashboards for internal analytics

• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with exposure to modern frameworks (e.g., React or Vue.js)

• Collaborate directly with our CEO and HR Team to implement new features and process improvements

• Work alongside a small, highly technical team building AI-driven recruitment tools

🟣 What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of Python and a willingness to learn Django

• Interest in AI, especially LLMs and process automation

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (experience with frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus, but not required)

• A passion for writing clean and readable code

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback openly, and grow with the team

• Availability for on-site work in Gliwice
