We’re looking for someone who’s curious, tech-savvy, and eager to help us bridge the gap between sales, onboarding, and delivery. You’ll work side by side with our sales, operations, and product teams to make sure no lead is lost, no project is misaligned, and no opportunity slips through the cracks.

💰 Salary range adjusted based on experience. Internship or junior-level B2B contract possible.
🟣 What you’ll actually do:
Support the handover of clients from sales to delivery – helping structure first steps, onboarding plans, documentation, and communication.
Coordinate tasks and priorities between sales, delivery, and ops teams.
Assist in building and automating internal workflows – using tools like Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or Power Automate.
Research, qualify, and enrich leads for outbound campaigns – and help improve outreach efficiency.
Track progress across the client lifecycle – from first contact to go-live.
🟣 What we’re looking for:
Curiosity about automation, digital tools, and startup processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills – written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, or low-code tools – or a sharp willingness to learn fast.
Ability to stay organized and own small projects independently.
English at B2 level or higher (you’ll use it daily in tools and meetings).
🟣 Bonus points for:
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, N8N, Notion, Airtable, Pipedrive or Hubspot.
Understanding of what an MVP is, and how startup teams work.
Experience from a student project, internship, or freelance gig — especially where you had to figure things out on your own.
