Our mission is to provide technology that achieves the best outcomes and helps individuals return to normalcy after an accident or vehicle mechanical breakdown.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect professional responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that address our organization's business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Additionally, the position bridges the gap between software development and operations teams by automating software delivery processes to ensure rapid, reliable deployment and efficient software delivery to customers.​

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex, scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions based on business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide a vision and roadmap for solution architecture.
• Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis of solutions.
• Document and share best practices for new solutions.
• Advocate for and implement process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate solution designs from other team members.
• Incorporate automation using appropriate tools.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize DevOps practices.
• Establish continuous build environments to enhance deployment and development efficiency.
• Support operations and development teams in problem resolution.
• Provide and manage DevOps processes and operations.
• Lead and guide teams with a leadership mindset.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 2 years as a Solutions Architect and/or DevOps Engineer, or 10+ years in a software development/architecture role.
• Strong experience in software design and architecture (preferably in .NET).
• Knowledge of cloud computing (preferably Azure).
• Familiarity with IT security management and computer networks, especially in Azure environments.
• Desirable: Experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish proficiency.
