• Participate in software architecture design to support scalable and efficient solutions
• Implement features and components using best practices and proven Design Patterns
• Analyze business and technical requirements to provide recommendations and improvements
• Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed functionalities
• Develop and refine application prototypes to validate concepts and architectural choices
• Manage change across the full Service Management lifecycle
• Actively contribute to the automation and optimization of Service Management processes
• Deliver exceptional customer support by identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate technical solutions

📌 Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Production Application Support
• Strong knowledge of C# and Web API development
• Proficient in database design and SQL Server (including T-SQL)
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular 2+)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Proven experience supporting production environments with a deep understanding of Service Management principles
