Position overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our CI/CD pipelines. This is a key role enabling smooth and secure delivery of our platform services.

Important information, working hours are until f 18/19 in the Polish time zone.

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Azure Services: Function App, App Service, Application Gateway, Communication Services, PostgreSQL Flexible Server
• Architecture: Hub-Spoke Network Topology
• Tech Stack: JavaScript, NX, Next.js, Node.js, Strapi, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Keycloak
• Deployment Tools: GitLab CI/CD, manual deployments

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments to improve deployment processes.
• Manage application secrets and configurations securely using Azure Key Vault.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, security, and availability.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline deployment workflows.
• Coordinate with external DevOps and security teams to maintain cloud security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline construction and optimization, preferably with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience managing secrets/configurations using Azure Key Vault or similar tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Node.js) and PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding of secure and scalable cloud architectures, including network topologies like Hub-Spoke.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident response processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
